Amazon's Still Running Prime Day Pricing on Craftsman Tools

Learning that Craftsman’s killer Prime Day deal on its best mechanic’s tool set is still running is probably the best way to start your weekend. Sure, winning the lottery would be better, but reality is not so kind. So, we’ll all just have to settle for some Craftsman tool deals at Amazon for the time being. It’s a pretty fair consolation prize, though, because the set in question really is fantastic.

As of right now, Craftsman’s 230-piece Versastack mechanic’s tool set is still selling for $129.00 on Amazon. I keep one of these in the trunk of my ’69 Charger at all times and honestly favor it over any other toolset I’ve owned. The spread is comprehensive and is perfectly viable for most jobs. The case is easy to carry and does a great job of keeping everything in place, and lockable drawers keep things from scattering while I drive. Of course, the lifetime warranty is a great bonus, too.

Another go-to for me that’s still rocking Prime Day pricing is the 1/2-inch torque wrench. I’ve been using this thing for everything from hardcore chassis jobs to engine and differential work. It’s absolutely fantastic for the price of $64.98.
